How can Govt spend public fund for Projecting its achievements, How Protocol of PM can be ignored in Govt advertisements?

UPA Govt. is spending Rs 180 crores from the tax payers money for projecting their achievements. see the link.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpbT76w_zm0

This is another violation committed by this countries worst ever PM  and his team . If any work is done by this govt , what is to  be proud of it ( are they are not doing their simple duty ? ). All projects done by utilizing public money and the govt. is elected to do this. When this govt failed to perform even below than average they wants to cover up this bad governance by   utilizing public fund. It is double harassment to the public . when govt fails to perform they wants to cover up their mistakes by putting advertisements from poor mans hard earned money . This kind of atrocities are unquestioned by any body including  the opposition parties.

Another important and most astonishing fact in the Advertisement is that   UPA chairpersons photo figures in front of the elected Prime Minister. This is clear violation of Protocol . At least P.M should understand that he is de-jure Prime Minister  though he is not the de-facto P.M. When he know his limitations how can he makes a complaint to the privilege committee!, very sad things of affair. I never find such kind of state of affairs in any dispensation . How can UPA chairperson take credit of the projects implemented under the decision of cabinet in which she is not a member? Law, procedure, Constitution, Protocol nothing prevents these people from doing these kind of naked violations.

I Hope for a system in which this kind of expenses should directed to be  refunded by the those  who are done this wastage. Tax payer's money should be spend only for running r the govt and for the public benefit and not for any advertisements. Can anybody bring that kind of system in this Country ? I am waiting for a total national reform Movement to bring that kind of dispensation in which money spend for non public purposes should be directed to be refunded to public exchequer, or else the violators should be put behind the bars.

IPL Match Fixing Story- A tale well drafted to fool our countryman

Indian Cricket premier league is totally a private event controlled and managed by the Private individuals and bodies. No public money is involved or the government has any control over the functioning over the IPL. The Delhi police had recently arrested few cricketers on the ground that they are part of match fixing racket. Interestingly before such arrest nothing heard about any complaint made in the matter. Since the alleged crime is not against the public at large a criminal complaint is the main starting point for taking any such investigation in to match fixing in IPL. The Delhi police arrested few guys all print and visual medias quickly started highlighting the story relating to match fixing and the involvement of various other people . Before doing this kind of wide coverage are they inquired as to the maintainability of a case against the cricketers for mach fixing when no affected party made a complaint ?

The important section invoked by the police against the cricketers is section 420 cheating . The sections says that ;
Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.-- Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. Of fraudulent deeds and dispositions of property;

So in this mach fixing case who is being cheated ?

Answer will be the people who invested money in betting. various states in India are specifically banned betting and gambling . Then how can the legal violators came before the police and register a complaint ?

So not single aggrieved party is not going to make a complaint against the mach fixers. That means finally the arrested cricketers will be freed by the police . This is not the first mach fixing case in India . In the past also such scams were Brock out and the police failed to do any thing against the mach fixers. In the back ground of this event Union Law minster expressed the possibility of bringing new law to deal with this problem, whatever it may be but at the present moment Police did not have any power or authority to arrest the cricketers. But they are doing it and the medias are giving big coverage to this incident with every hour breaking news.

We are fooled by medias and police . realize and ignore the stories of IPL mach fixing. There аре  big events happening in this country including the police atrocities and resistance from the public . This very same Delhi police failed to nab the culprits involved in 1984 sick riots. The victims are still fighting for justice. If medias are not correcting their ways public should respond.
